Nethvoice CTI: Missing url param show in queue conversation

Steps to reproduce

• Run phone-island as stand alone using storybook or import phone-island through npm
• Enter in a queue
• Try to make a call from the outside to that queue
• If user with phone-island in stand alone answer, will be able to see url param button

Expected behavior

Url param button should be visible if the call is from throught trunk or queue

Actual behavior

Url param with phone-island imported inside storybook or another template doesn't show url param button
