System benchmark script

Some systems seem to meet NS8 installation requirements, but cannot bear any disk pressure.

Proposed solution

Implement a script that collects system information and tests i/o performance.

Alternative solutions

Document some benchmarking commands.

Additional context

Check if an an hardware/cloud provider is good to install NS8.
