NethVoice: Wrong warning message shown when "All groups" is enabled in Presence Panel

When the “All groups” option is enabled in a user profile (in the Presence Panel section), the system should treat all current and future groups as enabled. However, after new groups are added, a warning appears: “Some groups have not been enabled. Check group permissions,” even though the “All groups” toggle is still active. This suggests that the warning message does not take the “All groups” flag into account and only evaluates manually selected groups.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a user profile while at least one group is already present.

2. In the Presence Panel section, enable the option “All groups”.

3. Add one or more new groups to the system.

4. Reopen the previously created user profile.

Expected behavior

With “All groups” enabled, all groups (including the new ones) should be considered selected.

No warning message should be shown.

Actual behavior

The system shows the warning message:
“Alcuni gruppi non sono stati abilitati. Controlla i permessi dei gruppi”,
even though “All groups” is still active.

The message only disappears when all groups are manually selected, suggesting the logic does not respect the “All groups” flag but only explicit selections.
