Samba DC installed in Samba File Server's node

When Samba is installed from Software Center and an internal Samba user domain is added then it's created as new instance so we have DC and member samba on the same node.

Steps to reproduce

• Install samba from Software Center - it gets installed as samba1 instance
• Add an internal samba user domain

Expected behavior

The user domain should throw an error that samba is already installed as member.

Actual behavior

The user domain is installed as samba2 instance

Check the bug is no more reproducible

Test case VERIFIED

When trying to install a samba user domain after installing Samba from Software Center I get "No node is eligible for provider installation".
