Lock application cluster-admin UI during migration

The NS7 migration tool manages the migration of NS7 apps to NS8 in a tree steps process: start, sync, finish.

During this process the NS8 application configuration must not be altered via its cluster-admin UI.

Proposed solution

After installation (start step), disable the app UI.

Test case

• Start the migration of a module from NS7
• Go to NS8 cluster-admin UI and access the module UI from the app drawer, or the software center page

We expect the app UI is locked and a message is displayed.

• Finish the module migration

We expect the app UI is accessible as usual.

Note: if the import/migration procedure hangs for any reason and the module UI is left in a locked state, manually remove the lock state from Redis:

redis-cli srem module/mymodule1/flags import_started
