OpenLDAP migration trims accented chars

When migrating the openldap user domain, accentuated characters in the user display name are removed.

Steps to reproduce

• Create an openldap account provider on NS7
• Create a user user1 with display name Úsér1 (accentuated chars)
• Migrate the user domain to NS8

Expected behavior

The migrated user has the display name "Úsér1"

Actual behavior

The migrated user has the display name "sr1"

the issue is in nethserver-ns8-migration where we retrieve the displayname

gecos: usr
cn:: dXPDqXI=

we try first the gecos, and after the cn if gecos does not exist

Verify the bug is not more reproducible, display name with utf-8 characters are well migrated to NS8
