NethLink: Issues with phone island management in case of recall on busy

Steps to reproduce

• Enable "recall on busy" in NethVoice
• Access Nethlink App
• Place a call to a busy extension

Expected behavior

When calling an extension that is busy, upon hearing the voice prompt indicating the number to press to request a callback, the phone island must display the actions, including the dial pad to enter the number.

Actual behavior

When the voice prompt responds, the phone island remains as if the call is ongoing and does not display the actions needed to enter the number to request a callback
