Webtop: Change Bitnami Apache Image as Bitnami changes their image catalog

Bitnami changes their image catalog starting with 28th of August, see Docker hub.
Webtop uses Bitnami Apache 2.4.

Proposed solution

Change the bitnami image to another image that will be supported in future.

Alternative solutions

Use an archived version of the bitnami image but not sure how long this will be possible.
