Upstream PHP-FPM Replacement Needed for Bitnami Licensing Change

Brief description

Bitnami PHP-FPM can no longer be used with a tag for free. We need to find another upstream version for PHP-FPM or consider creating our own.

1. WHY are you asking?

Bitnami's new licensing restrictions prevent us from using their PHP-FPM package freely with tags, impacting our ability to maintain and update PHP-FPM in NethServer.

2. PURPOSE of the feature

Ensure continued availability and maintainability of PHP-FPM in NethServer by either identifying a new upstream provider or building our own version.

Proposed solution

• Evaluate alternative upstream sources for PHP-FPM that are free and compatible with our requirements.
• If no suitable upstream is found, initiate the process to build and maintain our own PHP-FPM package.

Alternative solutions

• Continue using Bitnami without tags (if possible)
• Explore other packaging or distribution methods to comply with Bitnami's licensing

Additional context

This change affects deployments relying on tagged PHP-FPM images from Bitnami. We need a sustainable and compliant solution.
