Description:
After making a call from the mobile app, the following calls initiated from NethLink or NethCTI are correctly established, but the Phone Island does not open. As a result, it is not possible to manage the ongoing call through the Phone Island interface.
The only way to terminate the active call is to completely close the NethLink or NethCTI applications.
Steps to reproduce:
- Make a call using the mobile app.
- Terminate the call made by the mobile app.
- Place another call from NethLink (or from NethCTI when NethLink is closed).
- Observe that the call is established but the Phone Island does not open (the user's status changes to busy).
- Try to terminate the call.
Expected behavior:
The Phone Island should open for every call initiated from NethLink or NethCTI, even after a mobile app call, allowing the user to manage and terminate the call.
Actual behavior:
The Phone Island does not open, and the only way to terminate the call is to close NethLink or NethCTI.
