Description
On the operator panel, the call details of other users are not displayed correctly.
While users appear with the status Occupied, the caller/called number and name are missing.
Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Operator Panel in NethVoice CTI.

Monitor other users during an active call.

Observe that users are shown as Occupied, but no caller/called information is visible.

Refresh the page or switch to another tab and return to the Operator Panel.

Call details are now correctly displayed.
Expected Behavior:
Caller/called number and name of other users should always be displayed in real time without requiring a refresh.
Actual Behavior:
Details are missing until the page is refreshed or the tab is reloaded.
Impact:
This behavior reduces the effectiveness of the operator panel, as call monitoring requires manual refresh and disrupts workflow.
