Steps to reproduce

  • Go to the NethVoice CTI web interface.
  • Ensure the mobile app, versions is connected to the same user account.
  • Receive a call on the user account, from another user.
  • Observe the CTI web interface (Phone Island component) while the call is ringing on the mobile app.

Expected behavior

The incoming call should be displayed and manageable in both the mobile app and the CTI web interface (Phone Island) at the same time.

Actual behavior

The CTI web interface does not show the incoming call (Phone Island does not appear) until the call is closed on the mobile app.
