Crowdsec "Banned IP" pagination shows always the entries of the first page.

In Crowdsec on the "Banned IP" page, when there are more than 10 entries and the "Items per page" is set to 10 and one goes to page 2, the entries of page 1 are still shown.

Steps to reproduce

• Install Crowdsec
• Wait for more than 10 bans
• On the "Banned IP" page go to page 2

Expected behavior

The bans from entry number 11-x are shown.

Actual behavior

The same entries from page 1 are shown.
