Description

Introduction
After restoring or cloning/moving a NethVoice module, the Customer Card source
configuration credentials (including port and password) are restored. However,
the port and password values do not match those assigned to the new instance,
resulting in a connection error to the database source.

Steps to reproduce
For backup/restore:

  • Perform a backup of a NethVoice instance.
  • Restore the backup onto a new instance or replace an existing one, or use the
    clone/move procedure.
  • Access the Apps > Customer cards section and attempt to use the restored
    source configuration.
  • Observe the database port in the "Modify source" dialog and attempt to check
    the connection.

For clone/move:

  • Clone or move a NethVoice instance in an another node or in the same node.
  • Configure the new instance.
  • Access the Apps > Customer cards section and attempt to use the restored
    source configuration.
  • Observe the database port in the "Modify source" dialog and attempt to check
    the connection.

Expected behavior
The restored or cloned/moved Customer Card source should update the database
port and password to match the new instance's assigned values, allowing a
successful connection.

Actual behavior
The restored or cloned/moved configuration retains the old port and password
values, leading to a connection error for the source (as shown in the
screenshot below).
