NethVoice CTI: Cannot manually enter numbers for line key configuration (only selectable from list) #7683

Description

Description:

In NethCTI, the configuration of physical phone keys does not allow entering numbers manually — it only works by selecting items from the predefined list.

Example:

When configuring a BLF key, it is only possible to select users from the suggested list. It is not possible to manually enter a number (e.g. a feature code to enable/disable a flow control or call forwarding).

The same limitation applies to speed dial keys: manual number entry is not allowed, and only contacts from the directory are proposed.

Expected behavior:

It should be possible to manually enter a number for a key (BLF, speed dial, or similar) instead of being forced to choose from the list.

Actual behavior:

The UI restricts selection to existing users or contacts, preventing manual input.

Additional information:

When configuring line keys from the NethVoice interface (either in Models or directly on the user’s assigned phone), manual number configuration works correctly.

The problem only occurs when configuring the keys through NethCTI.
