NethVoice CTI server crash loop

After configuring NethVoice in the NS8 app settings the nethcti-server is in a crash loop. After configuring NethVoice in PBX admin, it starts correctly.

Steps to reproduce

• Install NethVoice 1.4.5
• Configure NethVoice in cluster-admin

Expected behavior

Services are working without issues.

Actual behavior

The nethcti-server is in a crash loop.
