Description
When a user attempts to record a personalized voice message (Media File) using the CTI interface to be used as a Voicemail announcement, the file playback fails during a call and the call is abnormally terminated.
Steps to reproduce
- Use the voice message recording tool in CTI.
- Set the newly recorded message to one of the three reasons available in CTI.
- Activate voicemail.
- Call the extension and try again.
Expected behavior
I expect to hear the recorded audio and then be able to leave a voicemail message.
Actual behavior
After my call, I don't hear any recorded voicemail and the call ends.
Components
In the switchboard log I see that the system cannot find the file, I report the log.
