Upgrade crowdsec to version 1.7.3

We want to upgrade crowdsec to version 1.7.3 to keep following the upstream development and benefit from new features and improvements, especially in parsers and scenarios.

Proposed solution

Upgrade the crowdsec package in NethServer to 1.7.3 and verify that new parser and scenario features are supported and functional.

Alternative solutions

Remain on the current version, but this would mean missing out on recent features and improvements from upstream.

Additional context

This upgrade will help us stay aligned with upstream crowdsec and take advantage of new functionalities in the parser and scenario modules.

  check with runagent -m crowdsec1 collections list what collections is enabled
  check with runagent -m crowdsec1 parsers list what parsers is enabled
  check with runagent -m crowdsec1 scenarios list what scenarios is enabled
  upgrade to testing
  check log after errors
  check you can ban IPs by ssh or any jail you want to test
  verify enabled colections, parsers, scenarios
