NethVoice: Error notification shown when removing provisioned phones

Description:
When removing a provisioned phone from Devices → Phones, the phone is correctly deleted, but an error notification is displayed (as shown in the attached image).

This notification can be safely removed since the delayed restart mechanism is no longer present in the interface.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Devices → Phones.
2. Remove a provisioned phone.
3. Observe that the phone is correctly deleted but an error notification appears.

Expected behavior:
No error notification should be displayed after removing a provisioned phone.

Actual behavior:
An unnecessary error notification is shown even though the operation succeeds.

Additional information:

• The delayed restart feature mentioned in the message is no longer part of the interface.
