Description
Prioritize and coordinate the upgrade to Nextcloud 32 across the ns8-nextcloud repository. Consolidate duplicate pull requests, merge required dependencies, and prepare related enhancements to ensure a clean and predictable upgrade path.

Merge the notify_push update in PR chore(deps): update dependency nextcloud/notify_push to v1.2.1 ns8-nextcloud#156. This component is explicitly compatible with Nextcloud 32 and must be aligned with the main upgrade. Treat this update as a prerequisite.

Resolve and rebase PR Enhance Nextcloud configuration and Traefik integration ns8-nextcloud#160. This PR contains essential improvements to Nextcloud and Traefik configuration, including better routing, enhanced error handling, Let’s Encrypt status notifications, and improved restore defaults. Bring it into a mergeable state so it can support the version 32 environment.

Integrate PR feat: set org.nethserver.volumes label ns8-nextcloud#168 to apply the new
org.nethserver.volumeslabel. Use this change to improve placement ofnextcloud-app-dataon dedicated storage. Apply it once the main upgrade PR is established. -
Review and merge PR chore(deps): update mariadb docker tag to v10.6.24 ns8-nextcloud#147 for the MariaDB 10.6.24 update. Treat it as a routine patch useful for stability after the major upgrade.

Exclude unrelated minor 31.x dependency updates. Focus the workflow on clearing the path for the NC32 transition.
