NethVoice CTI: Randomly when dialing manually in CTI, the call fails and cuts the number

Randomly dialing manually in CTI, the call fails and the number is cut off. Looking at the call history, you can actually see the partially dialed phone number.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use CTI and dial a phone number manually using the keyboard, without using the mouse or copying and pasting.
2. Press Return to initiate the call.
3. Verify that the dialed number is partial on Phone Island.

Expected behavior

when dialing the number the call starts normally

Actual behavior

Sometimes the call doesn't go through and you notice on phone island that the called number is truncated at the end.
