NethVoice CTI: Unable to download audio files recorded via CTI

When recording a new voice message for voicemail, it is then impossible to download it via CTI

Steps to reproduce

Record a new message or use an old voice message, try downloading it.

Expected behavior

the download is successful

Actual behavior

A message appears in the browser that says "The file was not available on the site."
