Import backup destination configuration from another cluster

When restoring an application from an existing backup destination, administrators currently must manually copy and paste:

• Destination credentials and other attributes
• Restic Encryption key

from the source cluster to the Backup page. This process is error-prone and complex.

Proposed solution

• Add a procedure to import backup destination configurations directly from the cluster-backup file.
• The import should include all required configs, credentials and encryption settings.
• This simplifies restore operations and reduces the risk of configuration errors.
