Order IPSEC tunnels by name in the UI

Brief description:
Currently, IPsec tunnels in the UI are not sorted by tunnel name. The order of tunnels appears to change unpredictably, making it difficult to locate a specific tunnel quickly.

Why / Purpose:
Ordering tunnels by name would improve usability and reduce the time administrators spend searching for a particular tunnel. Consistent ordering helps with management, especially when many tunnels are configured.

Proposed solution
Add functionality in the UI to automatically sort the IPsec tunnel list alphabetically by tunnel name.
