General maintenance and small tasks

Issues that were minor and best handled alongside others were closed and will be covered here, as well as a few other small tasks.
This includes:

• Info for devs using mion, (not to be confused with mion developers)
• expanding the resources and glossary pages
• splitting accessibility info into the wiki and community to remove the dedicated page
• removing cruft from the docs repo
• Style fixes such as keeping info short and concise, fix awkward phrasing, etc.
