Setup and configuration for automated testing #10
Description
With ptests now able to be ran by GitHub CI, the following tasks need to be handled:
- Add p-test specific workflow to mion-ci
- Setup group for accessing qemu/allow multiple different qemu images to be ran
- Setup persistent tap device interfaces on build server
- Setup ip address config...
- parsing results
