• Build internal release checklist page for QA/UAT status
• Include sections for functional checks, visual checks, and known issues
• Add sign-off fields for product, design, and engineering
• Design spec (must use; measurable):
  • Tokens per Issue 3
  • Checklist rows with status chips and assignee fields
  • Exportable summary for release notes
  • Desktop and mobile views retain readability
