Changed certificate, still using old one

I changed the cert name in the ssl section of edit proxy host to a cert that is used by other proxy hosts. The change persists in the UI, but browsing to the site with the changed cert gives a "Your connection is not private" error and when looking at the detail it is still using the old cert name. I have cleared browser cache, tried multiple browsers and restarted the NPM containers.
