Folder name change issue #3374

Describe the bug
When I'm on my main screen I hold my finger and press down on the folder that I would like to change the name on. The next menu comes up with all the different options that I could do with the folder and I click to change icon/folder name. It doesn't let me change the name All it does is give me another pop-up with an option to click that says show me how. When I click show me how it takes me back to that previous menu with all those options. Once again I pressed change icon/folder name and it gives me that option again to click show me how. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
Steps to reproduce
On main page I hold down on the folder
Then get pop up menu
I select change icon/folder name
Then another pop up that only gives a show me how button to press
I press it and it goes back to previously mentioned menu
Press change icon/folder name again
Same thing happens
Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?
