One Active Folder no longer appears in the main screen's list #3380

Describe the bug
When I want to add an app to the folder I've labeled Listen I am able to find that folder same as always and I'm able to add and delete apps from it. However I am unable to access the folder from the main screen. I wondered if I had too many folders and so I deleted one that I rarely use and still my Listen folder is not available. Interestingly enough if I use that folder a lot then all of the apps from the folder show up at the top of my folder list as individual items which is a nuisance and I would rather that does not happen because it throws me off.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to home screen
- There is no second step I go to home screen. The folder's not there
Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?

No I just open the Niagara launcher and the thing doesn't work I have no other launchers
