Choppy animations on One UI 7 (Samsung S24 Ultra)

Describe the bug

When I go back to home from an app, the animations randomly skip frames and look choppy. This has started happening since One UI 7 was released by Samsung. I reached out to them, but didn't get a reply. Thought I'd post here, too, in hopes of getting to the bottom of the issue.

It's noticable on both my S24 Ultra and my Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any app
2. Spend some time in app
3. Go back to home

Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?

Problem doesn't occur with other launchers

I have upgraded to the latest version and it seems that there is no lag anymore. The animation of icon movement has become normal.
