Can't load or build Hyrule Rebalance v8 (WiiU) in UKMM #268

I'm having trouble loading just the one mod Hyrule Rebalance v8 in Cemu using UKMM. I can't get the mod to build. Similar to other issues, it proceeds to 70-78%, then quits with the error provided below:

Things I've tried:

  • Restarting UKMM/PC
  • Ensuring my base game, update, and DLC dump paths are correct
  • Deleting AppData\Local\ukmm\wiiu\profiles\Default\merged and attempting to re-build
  • Switching between Hard Links and Symlink deploy methods
  • Looking at other issues posted here in the UKMM GitHub issues list as well as Reddit and other forums

Also, I don't have a rules.txt file in AppData\Local\ukmm\wiiu\profiles\Default\merged or AppData\Roaming\Cemu\graphicPacks\BOTW_UKMM and I'm unsure if that impacts this or not.
