ui: update secondary button styling

The current secondary button styling does not blend well with the overall design. It shares the same colour as form inputs and lacks complementarity when placed next to primary buttons. A refined design will improve usability and consistency, creating better visual harmony.

Adjust secondary button styling to enhance visual clarity, contrast and overall design harmony.

• Secondary buttons are visually distinct but do not overpower primary buttons.
• The colour, sizes and appeal complement both form inputs and primary buttons.
• Styling aligns with the overall design language and improves readability.

• Identify all secondary button instances across the app.
• Adjust colours, borders and hover effects for better contrast.
• Ensure secondary buttons complement primary buttons in size and appeal.
