Add workspace positioning remembering

In a big project it would probably be really annoying for the positioning to be different from last time you went to a workspace.

Checklist:
- Keep track of the scroll positions of every workspace
- Use them to set the scroll positions every time another workspace is loaded
- Save them in browser storage (has to be different than Y.js persistence because there's no need to sync between clients)
