Color Dial mag and colors mangled

I seriously cannot figure out what it is hovering over. But I can guess at what might be happening on my duak display macOS 10.13.2 benqBl3200 and acerS243hl where i work on 32" and park toys like color dial on the little screen:
a) mag ('reticule') starts as soon as clicked, but displaces somewhere else on screen (s) dual display
b) moving mag from from one end of display to other moves over a little of whatever object mag is focused on.
c) mag has no Preferences menu... WTF! eh: it sucks onto bigger cad display before it mangles and only works there
d) uninstall and reinstall Color DIal for single use on single display, turns out running on 1k 1080p doubles mag, place app on 1k and sleep system, wake and app permanently mangled until reinstall.
e) Color Dial color display once mag mangles is way off color typed in or mag'd
f) once mangled Color Dial forgets that it worked on 2k 32", fuscked everywhere!
immediate mangled mag as soon as touches not-sucked-onto display
immediate mangled colors as soon as mac sleeps while color dial is open
g) must reinstall Color Dial to ever use mag again, to ever display correct color again
h) never use Color Dial on any display but the display that it secretly deicides to suck onto
i) internet of things? not :( for web code thingify is strip 90% of old html4 code away and add tiny html5 statement to top line (e.g., '!doctype html' now replaces three long lines of trash) probably the same thing to thingafy color dial. nice idea but way not ready here, hth

This app seriously needs an Apple developer, is like junior goof-job.
App is fine if does not touch second display, mag and colors fine
A+ for analagous etc dreams-in-passing,
Those dreamer tools actually work until Color Dial get mangled by having two displays.
Good ideas poor deployment, needs work.
Good luck making Color Dial work again.
For macOS High Sierra, please fix.
