Update the Readme.md file

1. Include photo of the website at the topmost area.
2. Have the description below the website photo describing what the website is about.
3. Include how to contribute.
4. Note Hive discusses guides and learning materials such as SILK Corp Guide.
5. Contributors work on Issues in Note-Hive repositories such as,
   Overview
   SILK Corp Guide
6. Internal Managers will be making the Issues.
7. To properly label the Issues created, use the following

• GFI - for good first issues
• Media Content - for video, photos or graphics
• Copywriting - for editing titles
• Content Writing - for editing sentences & paragraph
• Help Wanted - for every issue; for external contributors
• Timmsi - Great for freelancers and Small Contributions

9. Edit to include in the Leadership Immersion Guide how to properly label.
10. Include a sentence that leads to other repositories such as Tao Fruit, INSTAR Lab, and Northern Ark if contributors are interested to work on them.
11. You can use this readme.md file to help you in updating.
