If possible, it would also be interesting to add eu-south-2 |

I've added all missing endpoints for S3 (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/s3.html#s3_region) and SES (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/ses.html#ses_region). |

Adds support for the AWS S3 region "eu-central-2" (Europe, Zürich) to both the S3 provider list and the integrations region selection.
S3 region support:
S3_PROVIDERSlist ins3Providers.ts, allowing backend and UI logic to recognize the new region.Integrations.tsx, enabling users to select this region in the UI.
