Project Handover & Retrospective

Description:
Package final outputs and conduct a retrospective to capture lessons learned and define next-phase recommendations.

Tasks:

• Assemble the handover bundle: sample exports, manifest, QA reports, logs snapshot, and documentation index
• Hold a retrospective session; capture feedback on design, tests, and operations
• Document action items and risks; propose backlog items for next phase
• Confirm ownership and support contacts for ongoing operations

Acceptance Criteria:

• Handover bundle delivered and verified by recipients
• Retrospective notes committed to repo (docs/retrospective.md)
• Next-phase backlog items recorded with priorities
• Clear ownership matrix and support channels defined
