dnscrypt-winclient.exe duplicate processes, crashes

saw another ticket opened about this from a win 8 user that was closed with being resolved
i'm using win 7 x64
dnscrypt-proxy-win32-full-1.4.3.zip

if i open the client gui, then close it, the dnscrypt-winclient.exe process remains running

if i run another instance, another process is loaded and it also remains running upon exit

the documentation is unclear to me as to whether it is supposed to remain running or not - it says:
"When launched as a standalone process and a box is unchecked or the application is closed, all DNS server settings are reverted to their original state."

which seems to indicate it is supposed to be left running?

another problem here is that the client crashes upon exiting the gui on occasion...
"The dnscrypt-proxy service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 7 time(s)."

I also saw this. That's bad.
Please fix it.

I would say it can just be closed. It's useless to let it running in the background while it's doing nothing.

Like I said in the other ticket, I cannot reproduce this. I have tried it on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10. None of them exhibit this behavior.
