Add Error Handling for Offline Mode #8

Description:
The application currently doesn't handle network disconnections gracefully. Let's add proper error handling for when the user is offline.
Requirements:
- Detect when the application loses internet connection
- Display a user-friendly message when offline
- Automatically retry connections when internet is restored
- Provide meaningful error messages instead of generic errors
