Unstable tnt doesn't work on 1.17 #24

Using a build based off 1.17-pre latest commit when a game has the unstable tnt option set to true the tnt behaves the same as if the config was off. Example: explosive tater spleef non alt behaves like the alt version instead of tnt instantly lighting it remains unlit.
