Weird issue related to a dependency

im not sure what i changed or what happened , on the morning i could use it fine, now even rebooting, reinstalling runtimes, even putting the dll to its side doesnt work, a pic of the event viewer is all i could offer sadly since i cant open it anymore, may be related to an autoupdate?

The auto-update related issue should be fixed in previous versions. I guess the problem is related to this outdated dependency (for it requires .NET Framework 4.5)
I noticed that this dependency already has a .NET Core version, so it will be updated to that in the next release of GBCL and then we'll see if this problem still exists.

Hey, I've published the latest 3.13.197 version, is the issue still exists?
