Get "Conversion error" when choosing Vietnamese for MONEYTEXT function

Hello,

When the function MONEYTEXT uses the "vi-VN" parameter, it would only give out "Conversion error" (as shown in screenshot below).

I tried 1.0.9 and 1.0.11 versions.
Tried on new 7.6 and old 6.5 LibreOffice Calc
Tried "vi-VN", "vi-vn", "vi", "VI"

NUMBERTEXT function works fine.

Hope this can get fixed.
