Steps to Reproduce
For Issue 1 (Chinese Character Display):
Navigate to the printer_zpl2 module

Access the print test functionality

Execute a test print containing Chinese characters

Observe the printed output

For Issue 2 (ZPL2 Template Visibility):
Add ZPL2 templates to the STOCK.LOT model

Navigate to a stock lot record

Click the "Label Print" action button

Check the available template selection list

Current Behavior
Chinese characters fail to render in test prints

ZPL2 templates are not visible in the label printing interface for STOCK.LOT model
