Images cutoff at 3 quarters complete and contine as new image

First I'm Brand new to SSTV (W0CLW). If this isn't a bug then googling doesn't help resolve the problem, or I don't know what to google for. The system works fine. Crash once in a while but mostly stable. It gets the image complete about 3/4 of the way then the S meter dips and fills back up resuming the image as a new image. Is there a way to have it just be one image please?

I have the same problem : RSP1A and MLA-30+.
I use QSSTV 9.5.8 with "Auto slant" activated and i have this problem with "Normal" and "High" sensitivity.

I've just swapped to QSSTV. I was getting the same problem with some modes and calibrating my sound input helped.

Initially QSSTV was using Pulseaudio for the input and calibrating didn't do much (the calibrated frequency was 48000 Hz) so I swapped to Alsa and got a value of 47994 Hz which seems to work much better.
