Verify alignment compatibility with notes page

In #342 a fix was implemented for column alignment not working as intended for the right-alignment of numeric data (#335). This involved making changes to do with the index columns, which may have affected how the number column on the notes page appears. We should check that the numbers still appear correctly on this page (left aligned) for a range of index settings on GPTable objects.

Definition of Done:

• A number of different index columns are set for GPTable objects and the output note pages are examined.

and one of:

• The notes pages all appear with the numbers left aligned, and the numeric data columns are right aligned; or
• The conditions under which errors arise is identified and a bug report issue is created with this information.
