I have found a problem at line 779 of the PDF that corresponds to line 224 of SpecialRelativity.tex.
In this case there is an extraneous parenthesis and a missing γ on the left of the equals sign. It's not obvious to me what the source of the problem is but it seems reasonable that other instances exist.
