Github action missing some libraries in release #10
Description
For some reason the Github action is missing some of the items in the release and went unnoticed for a while (oops, I should really test this). In the meantime, I'm just going to compile myself and provide it manually until I figure out what's wrong with the GH action. The latest release should already have all the necessary files.
