[Feat]: Change path for predictions #62

What is this about?
As a Data Scientist developing the predictions backend I want to change the path used on the HTTP request for the predictions so that new features can be implemented. Also the name for the new path is 'speako' which is more according to OTTAA naming.
Previous path: https://us-central1-keyboard-98820.cloudfunctions.net/viterbi
New path: https://us-central1-keyboard-98820.cloudfunctions.net/speako
This is not urgent because the previous path can be kept until the change is done, but it should be completed before the next release of a Keyboard App version.
