Update Python for recent and upcoming PyPI changes

Is this effort still active? I can't see much mention of it or activity around it apart from this repository and the original blog post announcement.

PyPI Now Supports Two-Factor Login via WebAuthn and API tokens for uploads, I'd be happy to write up a Packman page for Python/PyPI.
